The virtual consultation process can be customized to your wants and needs. After booking, you will receive a follow-up email with a brief form where you can securely share your background, goals for the consult, and photos for the professional analysis.

Some consultation packages include an initial consult call to discuss where you are in your journey and share information relevant for the report – see the product page of each service for more detail.

After completing the initial form/consult call, I will conduct a professional analysis, create your consultation report, and email you a secure link to download the final document. I do not use software analytics or cookie-cutter templates – the custom analysis is completely tailored to YOU.

Turn-around times vary based on which package you purchased and how far out my services are booked. Once we have connected over email to align on the process and have our initial consult call (if applicable), you can typically expect the following timelines: 1 week for a quick color report, 2-3 weeks for color or body type consultation, and 3-4 weeks for a full style consultation or personal brand guide. However, please check the products page to see how far out I am booking to determine when this process would begin.

The primary focus of coaching is developing and implementing strategies to reach the client’s goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. In contrast, psychotherapy is a health service with the primary focus of identification, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders. Dr. Chun Coaching provides consultation and coaching services only and does not provide psychotherapy or any psychological services such as diagnosing and treating emotional difficulties. I do not provide any health service or accept insurance.
